Where is my QR stored?
Saved QR images stay in Bali Pass's private storage on the current device. They are not uploaded to a Bali Pass server.

Can I use a QR offline?
Yes. Once saved in the app, a QR image can be opened without an internet connection.
앱에 저장한 QR은 인터넷 연결 없이도 열 수 있습니다.
How do I delete my information?
Open the in-app Privacy Policy and choose “Delete all data on this device,” delete QR items individually, or remove the app.
앱 내 개인정보 처리방침에서 ‘이 기기의 모든 정보 삭제’를 누르거나 QR을 개별 삭제할 수 있습니다.
An official site is not working
Official services are operated independently of Bali Pass. Check your network and try the official source again later. Bali Pass cannot access or correct government forms or payments.
공식 사이트의 신고서·결제·장애는 Bali Pass가 확인하거나 수정할 수 없습니다.
Does Bali Pass verify QR validity?
The app can store and display an image, but only the issuing official service can confirm whether a QR or travel document is valid.
QR 또는 입국 서류의 실제 유효 여부는 해당 공식 기관만 확인할 수 있습니다.
