English
Bali Pass stores departure details, traveler labels, and saved QR images only in the app's private storage on the user's device. Bali Pass does not transmit or view this information.
1. Information handled by the app
The app lets a user enter a departure date, traveler count, optional traveler names, and QR screenshots selected by the user. This information is used only for the preparation checklist and local QR wallet.
2. Collection, sharing, advertising, and tracking
Bali Pass does not send this information to a Bali Pass server. It does not sell or share it, use it for advertising, build user profiles, or track users across apps and websites. No advertising or analytics SDK is included.
3. Device storage and security
On supported native platforms, QR images and related labels are stored in private app storage with operating-system data protection. App data is excluded from cloud backup and device-transfer backup. Where native storage is unavailable, the app uses private WebView storage.
4. Photos and QR images
The app uses the system file or photo picker so the user can select a specific screenshot. Bali Pass does not request broad photo-library access. The selected image is copied into local app storage for offline viewing.
5. Official external websites
Buttons in Bali Pass open official external websites. Information entered there is submitted directly to the relevant service and governed by that service's terms and privacy policy. Bali Pass cannot read passport details, payment information, forms, or other content entered there.
- Indonesian Immigration information
- Indonesian eVisa
- Bali tourist levy
- All Indonesia arrival declaration
6. Retention, local deletion, and accounts
Bali Pass does not create user accounts. Local information remains until the user deletes individual QR images, chooses “Delete all data on this device” in the app, or removes the app. Removing the app deletes its private local copy. Because no account or user data is stored on a Bali Pass server, there is no server-side account or backup to delete.
7. Permissions
The app may request notification permission when a local departure reminder can be scheduled. Notifications are created on the device. Declining permission does not prevent checklist or QR wallet use.
8. Children
Bali Pass is a general travel utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Independent service
Bali Pass is not operated, authorized, endorsed, or guaranteed by the Government of Indonesia or the Bali Provincial Government. Entry rules can change; verify current requirements through the official sources above.
10. Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if the app's data practices change. Privacy questions can be sent to basement.3838@gmail.com or submitted through the support page. Do not send passport details or QR images.
